One whole spaghetti squash
salt/pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half, peel out the seeds, salt and season the inside of the squash. Put face down in Pyrex dish with some water and a couple of pats of butter. Cover and microwave for 30 min. Take fork and scrape out squash from skin and add small amount of butter and salt/pepper to taste.

Great with spaghetti or alfredo sauce instead of pasta for a low-cal/low carb option.
