2 T onion, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lbs. ham, cut into cubes
6 cups cooked potatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onions in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, stir until melted. Toss cooked potatoes in cheese sauce. Layer the potato mixture and ham in buttered casserole. Bake at 350║ for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, return to oven until melted. Serves 6.
