Meatloaf: 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup onion 2 Tbls. parsley 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup bread crumbs Pepper
Topping: 1/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbls. brown sugar Dried yellow mustard (small amount) Mozzarella cheese
Mix first eight ingredients together – put mixture in glass loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 50-60 mins. For topping mix all ingredients together, put over cooked meat and bake another 10 minutes to melt cheese.
