3 ripe Haas avocados
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, minced
1 jalapeņo, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro
2 limes, juiced
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle together the onion, jalapeņo, salt and cilantro. Coarsely chop the avocado and tomatoes, and mix into the other ingredients. Feel free to add more of any one element to create your own desired taste and texture. Salt to taste.

Place the avocado pits back into the prepared guacamole to prevent browning.
