1- 15 oz can black beans 1 large tomato or 3-4 roma tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 jalapeņo, minced (optional) 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1-2 avocados chopped 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1-2 teaspoons of lime juice 2 teaspoons olive oil freshly grated black pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with corn chips.
