8 medium potatoes - boiled, peeled, and sliced
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion- chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
4 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups milk or half and half
2 cups shredded cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until soft. Put onion mixture, flour, salt, dry mustard, paprika, pepper, and milk in blender. Blend until smooth. In a casserold dish- layer sliced potatoes and shredded cheese. Pour the blended mixture over the top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
