2 tablespoon(s) cornmeal
3/4 pound(s) mixed wild mushrooms
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
1/2 recipe Thin Crust Pizza Dough
8 ounce(s) Taleggio cheese, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Sprinkle cornmeal over pizza peel or 2 baking pans.
2.Roughly chop mushrooms into 3/4-inch pieces. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Add the salt and pepper, and cook for 1 more minute.
3.Divide dough in half; shape into 2 balls. Roll dough on a floured surface using a floured rolling pin to 12-inch rounds and transfer to the prepared pans.
4.Add mushrooms and bake until crust is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Add the cheese and return to the oven for 1 more minute. Serve hot.
