Chinese Chicken Recipe

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 T. margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 can chicken broth
1 T. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. Chinese noodles
1/3 c. cashews
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in melted margarine. Add mushroom soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, water chestnuts and salt and pepper. Add chicken and put in casserole. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles and cashews. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
