1 package oreos
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 bag high quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
oil
1 tsp vanilla
Shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food processor, add oreos until they are a very find consistency. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla until combined. Roll into balls and place in the freezer. To make chocolate dipping sauce melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring frequently. Add enough oil to make chocolate thin and easy to dip. Dip balls and then place in freezer. Shredded coconut can be added to oreo dough if desired.
White chocolate can be drizzled on finished balls.
