1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1 c flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 c. fresh or frozen sliced rhubarbs
1 recipe Ginger Icing

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Line baking pan with heavy foil beyond edges. In a large bowl stir together oats 1 c. flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly. Set aside 1 c. of mixture. Press the remaining in pan. Bake 25 minute. In a medium bowl stir together sugar, 2T. flour, ginger. Add rhubarb, toss to coat. Spread rhubarb over hot mixture and sprinkle the rest of the oats over the top. Press lightly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Drizzle with ginger icing. GINGER ICING :3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 t. ground ginger; and 3 to 4 t. apricot nectar, orange juice or milk.
