1/2 c. + 1 T. flour
1c. 2 T. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 1/2 pounds ripe plums

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. In medium bowl mix together 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar,oats and salt. Cut butter into the mixture until crumbly. In a 2 quart baking dish, toss plum's with remaining 2 T. sugar and 1 T. flour. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the plums. Bake till golden brown. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
