1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 medium potatoes
3 medium onions
3 medium carrots
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, catsup, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and green pepper; shape into a loaf. Place in center of a greased pan. Peel and chop potatoes, onions and carrots; place around meat loaf and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender. Uncover and drain excess grease. Bake 10 minutes to brown.
