21 oz fudge brownie mix
21 oz cherry pie filling (Thank You brand if available)
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Serves: 12-16
Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350º. With electric mixer, blend until just moistened brownie mix, 1 cup of pie filling, oil and eggs. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until brownies spring back when touched lightly. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. Let stand 5-7 minutes. Then carefully spread softened chips over surface of brownies. Cool. Cut into 12-16 servings. Top each serving with a dip of vanilla ice cream and a spoonful of remaining cherry filling.

I have also done this same idea with a box of spice cake mix and a can of apple pie filling. Top with chopped pecans rather then chocolate chips.
