3 lb. of fresh green beans,
2 lb. of cheese (your choose of cheese),
1 Tomato,
1/4 of an onion ,
2 pieces of garlic,
salt to taste,
oil as needed,
pepper to taste,
3 eggs,
1 cup of all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
First, cut the ends of the green bean. Put them into a pot and boil them until cooked. Drain the water and cut the open.Take all the beans out. Grab 4 open green bean in your hand . Put them flat in your hand and stuff them with cheese. Then put 4 more on top of those and squeeze the together. Repeat until all done.Cover with the flour. Beat egg white and the at the end add the yoke. Put oil in skillet and put the ready ones in turn them over. Place in a plate. Boil tomatoes. Put diced garlic, salt, pepper. onion in a skillet with oil and add tomtoes. Simmer for about 15 minute. And enjoy.
