1 lb hamburger
2 tbsp ground basil
2 tbsp ground oregano
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup

Directions:

Mix all together, except soup, put in glass baking dish. Pour undiluted tomato soup on top, cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 min. and then uncover and bake 15 more min.

Given this by my college roommate, and have used it ever since and served to many friends over the years. Very good, and easy. Put in 'real' baked potato and very good.
