1 pkg. frozen California blend vegetables 1 can cream of celery soup 8 oz. sour cream Ritz crackers 1/2 stick butter
Thaw vegetables. Mix together soup and sour cream. Place vegetables in 8 x 10 casserole dish; pour soup mixture over vegetables and blend. Crush 1/2 tube of Ritz crackers; melt butter and mix together. Sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
