9 X 13 Pan or Bundt Pan
1 package Lemon Cake Mix
1 3.4oz. Instant Lemon Pudding MIx
1/4c Flour (Added for High Altitude)
4 Eggs
3/4c Salad Oil
3/4c Water
2c Powdered Sugar
2 T Melted Butter
1/3c Orange Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9X13 pan or bundt pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. When cake is done, prick with fork all over and pour powdered sugar, melted butter, and orange juice all over the cake.
