1 cup butter
1 cup of packed brown sugar
enough salted crackers to cover cookie pan
1 package milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line foil lined cookie pan with salted crackers.
Heat sugar and butter slowly until it boils, stir constantly for 3-4 min.
Pour carefully over salted crackers. Cook sugar covered crackers in oven at 325 for approx. 10 mins.
Let cool for 10 mins. Shake chocolate chips over top of mixture. They will melt in about 5-10 mins. use a spoon to smooth them if needed.
Then refrigerate until firm. I find they break up easier if you freeze them for about 1 hour before you break them.
Keep refrigerated and serve cold.
