1 1/2 c. sugar (or 2 c.)
3 tbsp. flour (or 4 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (or small 3/4 tsp.)
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. rhubarb (or 4 c. rhubarb)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs. Beat smooth; pour over rhubarb. Bake 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
