4 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup (4 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups instant long grain rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Pour rice mixture into prepared dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly around edges and all liquid is absorbed.
