1-cup instant potatoes
1-1/2 cup Bisquick
1-stick melted butter
1-egg
1-tsp. coconut flavoring
1-cup sugar
1-cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and spoon on cookie sheet and bake at 325 until brown. (appox. 10 to 12 min.)
