8 oz cream cheese 8 oz blue cheese 1/4 butter. 2/3 C well drained chopped ripe olives 1 T snipped chives 1/3 C slivered almonds
Blend cream cheese, blue cheese, and butter. Stir in ripe olives and chives. Chill slightly, form into ball. Chill well. Press slivered almonds over ball. Mom added she used 4 oz blue cheese instead of 8 oz and preferred to make 4-5 days in advance before serving.
