Halibut filets or favorite white flesh fish
1 can sliced mushrooms drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can of milk
lemon and pepper seasoning
1 fresh lemon
parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place filets in baking dish. Sqeeze the lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with lemon and pepper seasoning. Add sliced mushrooms. Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk together pour over top. Add parmesean cheese. Bake 350 for 20 - 30 min.

I made this one up when we lived in Alaska where the halibut was plentyful. Everyone loves this dish.
