2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c water
rind of 1 orange
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 6 lemons
1 cup mint leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the sugar and water for 5 minutes then cool and add: the rind and juices. The pour this syrup over the cup of mint leaves and let stand for 1 hour. Then strain. To serve use 1/3 cup syrup to 1 cup water and ice.
