2c. white sugar 2c. brown sugar 1/2c. cocoa 1c. canned milk 1c. butter 2c.flour 1tsp. vanilla
Stir all ingredients in a saucepan till it starts to boil. Boil without stirring for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and add 2 cups flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 8x10 inch pan. Cut while still warm.
