Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can black beans
1 egg
2 T yellow cornmeal or wheat flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c corn
1/2 chopped red pepper
2 T chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mash black beans and all other ingredients together. Divide in 4 and pan fry in 2 T of oil. Top with sour cream or chopped avocado.
