4 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
4 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
Zest of 1 small orange
Store bought Cannoli shells

Directions:
Directions:
Beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla until well incorporated. Zest orange over bowl, add chocolate chips, stir until blended. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, fold into ricotta mixture, chill well. To assemble, pipe ricotta mixture into canoli shells and dust with powdered sugar.
