1 small package lemon gelatin (I have used sugar free)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 small (approx. 6 ozs.) can Minute Maid lemonade
(lemonade brands vary and Minute Maid works)
1 c. heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
fresh berries for garnish

Dissolve jello completely in boiling water. Add all ingredients except the whipped cream. Cool in the refrigerator until it has the consistency of egg whites. Gently fold in whipped cream and chill until set in an old ring mold or a glass bowl.

The first time I had this it had been chilled in an old ring mold and the unmolded ring was filled with fresh raspberries and blueberries and it was georgeous.
