4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS, CUT UP AND DUSTED WITH SEASONED FLOUR
2 CUPS OF BASIL LEAVES, CHOPPED
4 CUP OF CHICKEN BROTH
3 PLUM TOMATOES, DICED

- SAUTE, OIL ONIONS, PEPPERS, FOR 4 MINUTES
- ADD GARLlC, MUSHROOMS & TOMATOE PASTE
-IN A SEPARATE PAN BROWN CHICKEN
- ADD ONION & PEPPER MIXTURE TO CHICKEN
- ADD , BASIL, WINE, CHICKEN BROTH AND COVER
- COOK FOR 15 MINUTES AT SIMMER
- SERVE ON TOP OF NOODLES
