2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. tilapia or other firm white fish
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. While that is heating, combine chili powder, garlic powder and salt on a plate. Dredge fillets in the spice mixture to coat. Add the fish and cook until just opaque in the center, gently turning halfway, 5 to 7 minutes total. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook 1 to 2 more minutes.

* Serve with asparagus. Cook asparagus with fish by adding to pan during last few minutes.
