4 pork chops
1 tsp. oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 can pear halves in juice, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chops in oil in skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add onions, garlic, rosemary, and 2 Tbsp. dressing to skillet; stir. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return chops to skillet. Add pears and remaining dressing; simmer on medium for approximately 10 minutes until chops are done (160º) and onions are clear. Serve chops topped with the sauce.
