5 cans Shoe-Peg Corn
1 stick Butter
12 oz Soft Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Jalapeño Peppers, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter and cream cheese in bowl in microwave. Drain corn and spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish. Stir in butter-cream cheese mixture and peppers. Bake for 30 minutes.

* Can be made with 4 full-size cans of corn.
* Add additional peppers to make the corn hotter, if desired.
