1lb lean ground beef
1lb lean ground pork
1/2 cup finely diced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
dash pepper
1tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add beef and pork, beat with electric mixer until mixed.

Add pepper to flour and add to meat mixture, mix.

Add eggs and mix.

While mixing slowly add milk until mixture is thick but not runny, should resemble meatball dough.

Coat a tablespoon (eating size) with melted butter and roll mixture around spoon using your hands to help shape. Should resemble a football.

Fry in a preheated and greased frying pan until golden brown.

Place in a baking dish and place in oven at 350F
and bake 1/2 hr or until meat is no longer pink in center.

Serve with boiled potatoes and brown gravy
