20 to 30 Dove Breast
Onion
Bell Pepper Sliced
Sliced JalapenoPepper
Sliced Pineapple
Cream Cheese
Sliced Bacon
All putpose seasoning,Salt, Pepper
your favoriate Marinate

Directions:
Directions:
take the seasoned dove breast, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, pineapple, & Bacon strips and marinate for three to four hours, next take long toothpicks , put a dove breast, slice Jalapeno,slice onion,slice pineapple, slice cream cheese,slice bell pepper, & then another dove breast..Wrap with slices of thin bacon, hold secure with more toothpicks. get your pit good & hot with Misquite coals, put the coals on one side of the pit, thenput the wrapped dove breast on the opposite end of the pit from the hot fire, heat for about 30 minutes, then take the wrapped breast & place on top of the hot mesquite coals for about 5 minutes each side . It is now ready to serve, better with Cold Beer

We have found that this works well for Dove, Quail, Wild Ducks & Wild Goose Breast..But really best with Dove Breast..Aheeeeeeeee
