20 oz Symphony Bars, chopped
1 pkg milk chocolate chips
1 c butter
1 can evaporated milk
4 c sugar
5 c mini marshmallows, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine candy bars and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Put butter, milk, sugar and 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows in saucepan. Boil on medium for 9 minutes. Stirring constantly but DO NOT TOUCH sides of pan (It will go sugary and not creamy). Pour over chocolate and add 2 teaspoons Vanilla. After mixture is mixed add 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows and 1 pound walnuts (optional). Stir until melted. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
