3-5 lb pork roast
1 c brown sugar
1 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over roast in crock pot. Cook on low for 15-20 hours. One hour before serving take the roast out of the crock pot and shred the meat. Remove any fat and bones (if any). Drain the crock pot and put the meat back in. Add 1 can Red Enchilada sauce and 1 cup brown sugar. Cook 1 more hour. Serve on buns for sandwiches or tortillas.
