3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut shortening in until mixture resembles crumbs. Add cold water. Knead until smooth. Roll out to size of pie pan.
