3 c. sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
3/4 c. water
2 egg whites, beaten until foamy
1 pkg. of any flavored gelatin.
Nuts, optional
Coconut, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard ball stage. Add gelatin to beaten eggs. Beat until stiff, pour syrup over this. Continue beating until stiff. Add nuts or coconut. Pour into pan or drip by spoonful onto wax paper.
