No-Cook Fondant:
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. powdered sugar
Food coloring
Chocolate Candy:
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. syrup
1 oz. chocolate (unsweetened) melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. dry milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, syrup, vanilla and salt. Add sugar. Mix, then knead until mixture is smooth. Add food coloring to get desired color.
Blend butter and syrup. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Combine powdered sugar and dry milk. Gradually add to syrup mixture. Stir and knead until smooth.
