1 c butter or margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
5 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and and eggs until well blended. Add dry ingredients (not flour).
Then alternating, add the flour and sour cream.
Usually rolls out better if stored in fridge overnight. But doesn't have to be. Roll out and bake 350 degrees for 7 to 12 min. (Just so bottoms are slightly brown.)
