2 lb. round steak or your choice
1 small sliced onion
salt to taste
pepper to taste
accent to taste
garlic salt to taste
Contadina Italian tomatoes
1 bay leaf
honey
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 1" pieces. Dredge pieces in flour, salt, pepper, accent & garlic salt. Brown steak in oil. For sauce - strain and seed tomatoes (save juice). Add
1 torn bay leaf. Add honey to taste. Add onion. Place cover and cook 1 1/2 hours until tender. Pour sauce over meat and onion. Serve with mashed potatoes.
