3-4 c. sliced onions
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. curry
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot water
2 1.2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. rice
1 bay leaf
2-3 c. milk
1/2 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions. Add curry and flour. Mix in water, broth, rice, and bay leaf. Cook for 30 minutes. Take off heat. Puree. Add milk, cream. Add 2-4 tbsp. of butter on the top. Serve.
