1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 c water
3 T granulated garlic
3/4 c white vinegar
2 T sugar
3 T grated Parmesan cheese
2 T fresh minced garlic
3/4 c shredded Romano cheese
2 T chopped green onion

Mix all ingredients together. Chill
