FOR CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in it - baked as directed for 9 x 13 inch pan

FOR TOPPING:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Rum (or to taste)

TO FINISH:
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip to cover cake
Optional: 5 oz. sweetened coconut (if desired), chopped macadamia nuts (if desired), or crushed pineapple (if desired)

As indicated above, bake cake according to instructions on back of box for 9 x 13 pan

Poke holes in the cake with fork all over. Stir together evaporated milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and rum. Pour mixture over cake. Let mixture absorb completely in refrigerator overnight.

Cover with whipped cream or cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, or crushed pineapple.
