2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp pepper
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef (I use half ground beef and half ground lean pork)
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground beef. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings. Spoon meat mixture into a 5-1/2 cup ring mold (I use a bundt pan to shape). Firmly pack meat into mold. Unmold meat mixture in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Spoon off the meat drippings and fat.
To glaze meatloaf, combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Carefully spoon over top of meatloaf. Bake 10 minutes longer.
