2 cans of black-eyed peas
2 cans white corn (or fresh if you have it)
1 can Rotel
1 large tomato, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
Garlic salt
Oil & vinegar based dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Add the peas, corn, rotel, tomato and bell pepper to a medium sized bowl. Season to taste with garlic salt and dressing. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with chips.

**Better served several hours after preparation.
