1/2 c. bacon ranch dressing
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 package bacon sliced and browned (drain)
2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes quartered
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix dressing, cheese & bacon in large bowl. Add potatoes & toss lightly. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13 pan. cover with foil.
3. Bake 1 hour covered, then remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley

My family loves these, I often make this a batch and a half and bake 20 minutes longer. ( I still use the 9x13 pan)
