2 oz. (1 c.) dried beef, flaked
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
2 c. finely diced potatoes
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. cream style corn or 1 lb. can
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and dried beef in butter till onion is tender. Add water and potatoes, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Blend milk and flour till smooth. Add to potato mixture. Add corn. Bring to boil while stirring. Cook 1 minute. Season to taste.
