1 medium onion,sliced into rings
1 medium green pepper into rings
1 T. butter
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 lb. thinly sliced hard salami
1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/2 lb. thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. thinly sliced cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter till crisp-tender; set aside.
On greased baking sheets, roll dough into a 15x12 rectangle. arrange meats and cheeses lengthwise over half within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with onion mixture, Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal well.
Brush top with egg and bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
