2 racks pork babyback ribs
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
3/4 cup cherry preserves
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into serving size pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Place in slow cooker. Combine other ingredients, pour over ribs. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve with sauce.
